For nine years I ran IT operations across John Laing Group's entire Australian portfolio as Head of IT APAC - sole IT owner across 10+ sites, accountable for infrastructure, service delivery, MSP performance, vendor contracts and security. No team above me in-region. Everything landed with me.
Before that, 14 years in IT operations and managed services across financial services and technology sectors in the UK. I have managed MSPs from both sides: as the client holding them to account, and as the operations lead designing the service model they deliver against.
I now consult through Sydney AI Works on IT governance, service delivery and infrastructure, while building in the AI space. ReportingMSP is a live SaaS product I designed, built and shipped solo - an AI-powered client reporting tool purpose-built for managed service providers.
I hold ITIL4 Foundation, PRINCE2 and AWS AI Practitioner, and am currently studying toward ISO 42001 Lead Implementer.
